PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS:

Booking & Confirmation

• Easy booking through our Fresha app 

• We follow confirmed appointments only 

• Unconfirmed appointments will be released to our waiting list 

• Come in 10 minutes early to unwind 

Cancellation Policy :

• Need to change plans? No worries if it's 12+ hours before 

• Changes within 12 hours: 50% fee applies 

• Missed appointments: Full charge applies Payment 

• Relax and pay after your service 

• Small 2.69% terminal fee 

• 5% GST applies

Refreshments 

• Complimentary refreshments provided 

• Outside food and drinks not permitted

GROUP & CELEBRATION APPOINTMENTS 👯‍♀️

Group Size 

• Minimum 4 people • Maximum 8 people

Booking Requirements 

• Book 4 weeks ahead for the perfect celebration 

• 3-4 magical hours ($150/hour) 

• Minimum party time: 3 hours ($450) 

• Maximum party time: 4 hours ($600) 

• We're here 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Confirmation & Changes 

• Confirm 5 days before your celebration 

• Lock in your dream services 5 days ahead 

• Free changes up to 5 days before 

• Last-minute changes: 50% fee applies 

• Missed party: Full charge applies 

Payment • 50% deposit saves your date
