PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS:

Booking & Confirmation

• Easy booking through our Fresha app 

• We follow confirmed appointments only 

• Unconfirmed appointments will be released to our waiting list 

• Come in 10 minutes early to unwind 

Cancellation Policy :

• Need to change plans? No worries if it's 12+ hours before 

• Changes within 12 hours: 50% fee applies 

• Missed appointments: Full charge applies Payment 

• Relax and pay after your service 

• Small 2.69% terminal fee 

• 5% GST applies

Refreshments 

• Complimentary refreshments provided 

• Outside food and drinks not permitted

GROUP NAIL PARTIES - NORTH VANCOUVER  

 Your Exclusive luxury Salon Celebration: Escape to your own private oasis with a group nail party at Upscale Nail Studio North Vancouver . Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, or a special girls' time, we offer a truly personalized experience just for you and your guests.

What's Included in Your VIP Experience:

• A Private Escape: The entire salon is reserved exclusively for your group of 4 to 8 guests for 3 to 4 magical hours.
• Dedicated Artists: Our talented nail artists will be entirely focused on pampering your group with their skills.
• Personal Touches: We provide complimentary refreshments and a curated music playlist, or you can bring your own treats to make the space truly yours.

Pricing:

• Our salon space is yours for $150 per hour.
• Minimum booking: 3 hours $450. Maximum booking: 4 hours $600.

Individual nail services are booked and charged separately for each guest.

• We're here 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Confirmation & Changes 

• Confirm 5 days before your celebration 

• Lock in your dream services 5 days ahead 

• Free changes up to 5 days before 

• Last-minute changes: 50% fee applies 

• Missed party: Full charge applies 

Payment • 50% deposit saves your date 

• 2.69% terminal fee • 5% GST applies 

• Pay together or separately - whatever works!
