We're excited to welcome you to your upcoming appointment at Upscale Nail Studio, your relaxing spa where impeccable hygiene meets genuine smiles in North Vancouver!

To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our valued clients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy:

• Confirmation: To secure your appointment, please confirm it as soon as possible. Our booking software automatically cancels unconfirmed appointments to ensure our schedule remains accurate.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. You can also enjoy our complimentary treats and hot or cold drinks while you wait. This ensures you receive your full service and allows us to maintain a punctual schedule for everyone.

• Free Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You're welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled time.

• No-Show or Late Arrival Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service price.

If your nail has been chipped or damaged within 48 hours of your nail appointment, we will fix it for free.  For Gel or Enhancement only.

Tax: 5% GST 

Fee: 2.69% service charge as a terminal fee for card payments.
